Faith and Familyhood Co. is dedicated to providing high-quality, faith-driven apparel and products. As our items are print-on-demand, each product is unique and produced specifically for your order. This means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

Damaged or Defective Products

In the rare event that you receive a damaged product or there is a manufacturing error, we are here to make it right. Faith and Familyhood Co. offers a free replacement or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To process your request, please follow these steps:

1. Contact Us:

Use the “Contact” form on our website or email us at info@faithandfamilyhood.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue.

2. Provide Evidence:

Include a clear photo showing the defect or damage. If multiple products are affected, please provide a photo or video of all items visible in one frame.

3. Resolution:

Once we receive your request and evidence, we will process your replacement or refund promptly.

Important Notes

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to your Faith and Familyhood Co. account balance. You can withdraw this amount to transfer it back to the original payment method. Please note that if your billing currency is not United States Dollar (USD), the refund will be returned directly to the original payment source.

Order Errors:

Faith and Familyhood Co. will not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds if the wrong size or color was ordered by the customer.

Unsuccessful Delivery:

In case of an unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect address information provided by the customer, you can opt for either a replacement with an extra charge or a partial refund.

Print Tolerance:

For Direct-to-Garment (DTG) products, there is a tolerance of 0.5” for print placement. Minor variations in the placement of the print will not be considered defects.
